Go to a quiet beautiful beach by SUP for yoga

It was my first time doing SUP in a rough sea. I could not even stand up. But then I realized that kneeling required much of the strength in the thighs and the core. Flexibility in the psoas was also the key.

We needed a rest and decided to land on one of the beautiful quiet coastline. Oh I needed some stretching to release the tensed body! Here we go. Beach yoga for a while before we continued to the nice Tang Lung Chau.
