Water sports in summer time!

Have some experience in wakeboarding but not good at it. But people nowadays play wakesurf more often. Lets be playful and try it.

I was glad that I managed to release the leash even for just a little while. I believe my day-to-day practice in yoga and Pilates play an important role so that I could pick it up fairly okay. For the core training, I would do Pilates or practice some yoga asanas like plank or inversions. For balance, balancing yoga asanas and full body integration Pilates exercises help a lot!

So if you want to improve the performance in other sports, I think Pilates/yoga should be included in your training rundown.
