Founder Swen Wong used to work at an office. Working at the desk for long hours made her realize exercises to build strength and maintain flexibility are really important for a healthy and sound life. She decided not only to make it work for herself, but also share this with family and friends. This is how she started her journey becoming a yoga teacher and Pilates instructor. She is keen to collaborate with boutique studio and digital platform to offer classes to share her passion about fitness and wellness.

We offer classes for mat Pilates, mat yoga and aerial yoga, online and in person, private or in group. Upon request, we can offer private class on mindfulness using singing bowls, breathing techniques and meditation methods to calm the mind and relax the soul.
Through practicing various asanas, we connect our body and mind for the strength, flexibility and will power.
Asana is not a pose but a state, the state of the body and the mind.
One of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali: “Sthira Sukham Asanam” Being Steady and Comfortable is an Asana.
Pilates exercises aim to enhance joint mobility, spinal flexibility and stability, core strength and body awareness. It is more than just a physical exercise and can also radically enhance mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. With various props such as resistance bands, Pilates rings, yoga blocks, etc we can add more fun and challenges to the workout. Pilates workout helps to improve the performance in other sports.

Aerial Yoga is a hybrid type of yoga combining traditional yoga asanas, Pilates exercises and dancing elements. With hammock, one can perform inversions without the pressure on the neck, achieve deeper stretching by gravity, improve memory, enhance concentration or focus and many more benefits.
