Aerial Yoga/ Wheel Yoga*

Combines yoga, dancing and Pilates to improve focus of mind, body strength and flexibility. Use the yoga wheel to open shoulders and chests as well as hips. Also, it is a good prop to facilitate core training for abs strength and endurance.
